PROGRAM DOWNLOAD AND INSTALLATION

Under Windows 7,8 and 10 programs must be installed 
as ADMINISTRATOR . 

1. Download the program to your DOWNLOAD DIRECTORY
2. CLICK on the program in your DOWNLOAD DIRECTORY
3. This will unzip the program to three files
4. CLICK on the SETUP program to install
5. Follow the install directions.
6. Clean the DOWNLOAD DIRECTORY by removing all programs.
