2 This program is designed to give the student the opportunity to derive the equations of motion required for an angular collision. After having written the equations of motion in the horizontal and vertical direction based on momentum transfer, the student then solves for the velocity of each of the objects as they fly apart.

The second part of the program permits the student to make numerical calculations of the objects velocity and then check his/her answer. Multiple sets of problems are provided.
